Norm is a member of Hershner Hunter’s Transactions Practice Group. Listed in The Best Lawyers in America, he joined the firm in 1976. A San Francisco native, he has been active in community organizations, including the Spencer Butte Neighborhood Association and the Eugene Software Association. Norm is a former president and board member of the Town Club. His interests include golf, downhill skiing, reading, gardening, and attending University of Oregon athletic events.
