Hershner Hunter recruits and retains attorneys and staff with outstanding academic and practical backgrounds. Most of our attorneys and staff have been with the firm for many years. They understand and are committed to our core values of integrity, professionalism, service, and teamwork. And they deliver on those values daily.

For the last 35 years, Hershner Hunter has been committed to the concept of specialization. Our attorneys and staff emphasize one primary area of law in their individual practices. This concentration allows the development of greater expertise than is possible with a general practice. It allows each attorney and staff member to contribute more value in providing services and to do it more efficiently. Within this model, we have encouraged select attorneys to develop as general legal counselors to businesses. These counselors can bring a broader cross-disciplinary perspective to a client’s affairs, orchestrating planning, leading the team, and accessing the specialized expertise of others in the firm as needed.
