A native of Colorado, Paul has lived in Oregon for nearly 30 years. He joined Hershner Hunter in 1981 and has been a partner since 1986. Throughout most of his career, Paul’s practice has focused on real estate, land use, and business transactions. He advises property owners, developers and purchasers and sellers of real estate regarding all types of real estate development and land use issues.

Paul is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use, Appellate Practice, and Environmental and Natural Resources sections of the Oregon State Bar.

Paul’s civic activities include serving on the board of directors of the Eugene Symphony. He and his wife, Doreen, are frequent travelers to Europe and Oceania. Paul enjoys hiking, bicycling, and playing an assortment of musical instruments.
