Labor and Employment Law Litigation
Linda joined the firm in 2005, bringing with her fifteen years
of legal experience. She has counseled and represented
public and private employers on a wide range of labor and
employment matters. She has served as Senior Assistant
Attorney General in the Labor and Employment Section of
the Oregon Department of Justice. A frequent speaker on
labor and employment-related topics, Linda has given
trainings on wage and hour, family medical leave, disability,
and discrimination issues, as well as on managing performance,
conducting investigations, and avoiding unfair labor
practices complaints.
Linda continues to support the Ducks by serving on the
Board of the University of Oregon Law School Alumni
Association and is active in various programs at the Law
School. When not engaged in the practice of law, Linda
loves to travel, garden, and play volleyball. She also enjoys
traveling vicariously by providing homestays for international
delegates who come to Eugene for Mobility International
USA disability leadership programs.
