Bankruptcy

Gabi is a member of the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy teams at Hershner Hunter. She is involved in representing businesses and financial institutions in bankruptcy matters, collections, and general commercial law. Her experience as an extern for Judge Radcliffe at the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon exposed her to various Bankruptcy issues. Before joining Hershner Hunter, Gabi was a judicial clerk at the Lane County Circuit Court. She is involved in Lane County Women Lawyers and is a member of the Lane County Debtor-Creditor section. Gabi also serves as a volunteer attorney at Lane County Legal Aid.

Gabi is married to David Amparan. Both enjoy spending time with their Boston Terrier and cats. Gabi is also fluent in Spanish.
